Shipping policy

We offer low rate shipping for orders less than $100, and FREE US shipping for orders over $100. At this time, we prioritize US shipping but we can ship internationally. The free shipping threshold doesn't apply for international orders. While we would LOVE to offer free shipping for everything, the high costs of shipping from Alaska makes this difficult. So in order for us to grow, we charge this small fee for shipping under $100. Thanks for your understanding and support!

For most products, we also offer free delivery and free delivery/pickup in our applicable local Soldotna, Alaska area displayed in your cart depending on your address. Products that are listed as made to order ship and are not eligible for delivery or pickup. 

We ship from Alaska 5 days a week. Orders ship within 2 business days. Unless USPS experiences delays, you should receive your order in about 5-7 days after shipping. 

Please provide a deliverable address. Customers will be charged additional shipping charges for all orders returned due to providing an incorrect address. 

The Alaska Brand LLC is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen while in shipping or after delivery.  Any such issues need to be addressed by the customer by filling an insurance claim with the shipper. If the issue is still not resolved, let us know and we will make it right.
