Refund policy
We are only able to offer returns/exchanges for US orders.
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price. Products must meet following criteria for exchange (must be in brand new, re-sellable condition):
UNWORN/UNWASHED - NO PET HAIR - NO MAKEUP/DEODORANT STAINS - NO PERFUME/CIGARETTE SMELL, ETC
All returns/refunds/exchanges are handled through emailing your
- Order number
- Name
- Let us know is it an exchange or refund you'd like.
If a desired exchange item or size is out of stock, we will work with you the best we can to either get that item back in stock or find another suitable exchange or even refund if desired.
